Why is West afraid of Islamic system?

The world has no problem with the customs and rituals of Muslim faith. In fact they would contribute lavishly to build Masjids, mausoleums and shrines as Israel did in Palestine. Their only problem is when Muslims says that sovereignty belongs to Allah only. They begin to conspire when Muslims say they want to be ruled as per the Shariah. First they ridicule its advocates branding them as malarkey who are hell bent to take the world back to ancient ages. Then all the forces unite against Muslims and say in unison that you cannot rule as per the shariah. What is the problem if Muslims want to live as per their system? If Muslims lived in Christian democracies, dictatorships, oligarchies what is the problem in implementing Shariah in their ownlands. Why are forces both in West and East against Shariah laws?

Why they feel threatened by the mention of Shariah laws? Why should non Muslims intellectuals forbore Muslims from forming their governance system on the basis of Shariah? Why are States thinking that Islamic system (which they label as Muslim fundamentalism) is threat to the peace and stability? Why is it becoming stereotypical to brand Islamic State threat to the world existence? The present world has seen brutal violence emanating from secular States. Religious violence is an aberration. The two monster imperialistic wars that were fought in the 20th century and which the States ironical call “Great World War” were not fought on religious basis. Today to exorcise their guilt of being initiator of War powerful nations label them as ‘World Wars’ so that people are made to believe that every country was part of the killing machine. Millions were made to lose their lives for safeguarding the interest of imperialistic nations. If religious extremists incinerated Twin Towers of USA that killed 3000 humans what did the Secularist State do in retaliation? Together with other States it formed the largest military alliance that world has ever seen and bombed a country which had no fighter jets, no army, no bureaucracy and no money to buy weapons. All they had beards and turbans, an irrevocable evidence of terrorism. How was it possible for Afghanistan, whose topmost leader lived in shanty, to launch attacks on the most powerful State on the earth? Today it seems ridiculous that people living in caves could have attacked USA.

Secular System is crumbling:

Ever since territorial States came into existence violence against people has risen. Religion violence has been blown out while the State violence is legitimized. States in the past two centuries have become ruthless. Religion has been subjected to every scrutiny while the State violence has been largely ignored. The State over the years while playing rhetoric of giving justice to everybody has failed to do so. The State is finally going to go down. It has survived too long for the liking of ordinary people. For State has only directives and fundamental rights and no guarantee for the vast majority. What the present Secular States fear is the system that religion is going to bring. The system of most of the States have failed to give due respect to human beings. Here one is not talking about miniscule population but the majority.

While the paltry elites have been successful in implementing its culture to the rest of the population. The majority of people are subject to bear the burnt of their expenses and idiosyncrasies. Democracy is only for moneyed people. The elections that are held the poor cannot think of contesting and more so of winning. Unbelievable amount of money is needed to contest elections and win that. The funny thing in democracy is that you don’t need to get majority of votes. You only have to defeat your rivals which means that while they take the majority of votes the candidate who receives less votes compared to others takes the seat. Elites mostly prosper and decide the fate of people. Still the advocates of democracy say that majority rule prevails. What can be better joke than this? The present system of governance—be it any—has no place for the poor. While the political and elite class is exempted from paying anything the majority are subjected to taxes. Plus the same class preaches morals and talks about values.

Therefore is it any wonder that Muslims are increasingly getting interested in having Islamic State. Even if people believe what Islamists say is ideal there is no harm in letting them to follow it. People becoming Islamic is not a dangerous sign. The State has become fundamentalist and intolerant. It is no longer tolerating any dissent. State’s structured brutality is termed as ‘maintenance of law and order’. The powerful thrusts its own form of humanism and democracy on the world without giving a damn how they themselves treat people from third world countries. Human Rights violation is made an issue for intervention in a poor country but eyes and ears are wide shut when powerful commit unbelievable atrocities against humanity.

United Force of Non-Muslims:

Democracy is fine for non Muslims in Muslim States if only their chosen few are at the helm. Those who propose new models or indigenous ones coups are staged against them. Their supporters are branded anti liberals and anti democracy. In Egypt the followers of Islamic system were branded as pro Morsi. As if they are fighting for a person. They are on the streets, braving bullets, seeing their dear ones murdered not for Morsi but for the Islamic system. Still the media on the behest of their corporate interests wants to popularise the supporters as pro Morsi. Muslims have seen almost every form of governance. Now who can stop their march toward a system, which they aspire and want same to be implemented. The intervention in Egypt and other Muslim States is only going to increase the intransigence of Islamists. MB tried to ape the Western system and paid the price in trying to please them. The world is increasingly becoming a battleground in which disjointed and ill disciplined Muslims are pitted against united forces of non Muslims.
